I've been looking into ways to regulate my period before I go to my Dr and get on something. while looking on the internet I came across this pill called vitex I have don't alot of research on it and it had helped most the women who have used it.

so this brings me to my question. have any of you tired it? and if you have can you 5ell me about it and if it worked for you. you if you have tired other things that have worked feel free to share.
