PCOS....helpppppp

I'm having very irregular periods where I will skip months and my face is breaking out HORRIBLE!!!!! I know its from my hormones being out of whack as its only on my chin and jawline!! Is there anything that can help over the counter?? Pleaseeee. I'm not even leaving my house anymore its so bad!!!! 😭😭😭😭
