Anyone else like this

I’ve got really bad morning sickness and I’m off work with it, I’m needing to eat mostly in the morning pretty much constant like every half an hour ! I’ve tried not to but I just feel so sick if I don’t 😕! I feel like I’m eating so much stuff I’m not over weight or anything (yet) 😂 is this normal?! Also if I eat cereal with milk, onions, peppers, oranges I’m sick really bad every time Has anyone else found this like trigger foods to avoid? X
