I worked out ( interval training & jogging) prior to pregnancy and really believe it helped throughout the pregnancy & delivery. I jogged up to 36 weeks and made it to the gym up to 37. It helped me feel energized & helped me stay active with my nine year old son & all his activities. My delivery went so smoothly and really there has been no recovery afterwards. I am back to walking until I go to my 2 week appointment. Big difference from my first pregnancy & delivery where I was not active & this one. I continue to drink plenty of water & watch my food portions even tho I still indulge on chocolates because I deserve it :)
