Help with workout ideas
Hi guys. So I am 29 years old I have a 10 month old baby and I need to lose weight( about 10-12 kilos). However my past experiences with working out have not been that great. I am lazy and give up easily. Anyhow I would like to start going to the gym and I would like to start with 30 minutes a day. I won't be able to do more as I get tired easily. I was thinking to do something like: -10 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes....something( need advice here) and then if I still have the energy do 10 minutes on the elliptical. Can you please give me some ideas? I am hoping to do this 5 times a week( fingers crossed) Thank you
