Period late on birth control pill

I’ve been on the same pill for five years and never been late or missed a period. I’m now two days late and no sign of my period. I always take my pill at the same time every day. I did not miss any pills however last month in July I lost a pill so I took the next days pill instead and went through my pack and then started my new pack for August at the end of the placebos (so technically a day early because I took Wednesday’s pill in July on Tuesday and finish the pack a day earlier) my pills are the same level of hormone for every pill so I didn’t think this was an issue but now I’m worried. Does anyone know if this can cause pregnancy or is my body just thrown off? I’m probably going to test tomorrow morning but I’m freaking out
