bms during pregnancy
so obviously tmi but I am 14 weeks pregnant and for the last couple of weeks I have been constipated for about 4 days in a row and then I have massive diahrea where I'm on the toilet for about an hour straight and then back to not being able to poop. it's making me uncomfortable and when I'm getting the diahrea I'm having the worst cramps with it. any ideas on how to regulate myself again :(
