Constipation out of nowhere😪

Im usually regular. I have a bowel movement every morning after I eat my breakfast and again in the evenings with no problems. I went without eating fast food, fried foods, and candy for 8 months and lost 33 pounds and I felt great! The past two weeks I've been visiting my mom who lives across town and I've been staying with her. My sleep schedule has changed and im not sleeping as much & I've been grabbing chick fil a or wendys everyday after work instead of cooking. I dont drink pop and I drink atleast a liter of water a day but i noticed I gained 5 pounds and im completely constipated. I feel extremely bloated and this just isnt normal for me. Any tips on how to naturally relieve constipation? I feel like sh*t and im beating myself up because I was on such a healthy track and now I cant even poop!!! HELP
