My sons 3.5 months old and woke up with these red spots. At first I thought they were mosquito bites but there’s no raised bump. They don’t seem to be bothering him but I have been putting calamine lotion on them. I’m just at a loss on what these are and what could have caused them. Any help would be great. Our pediatricians office is closed until Tuesday and I don’t think it’s serious enough for an er visit. He has no temperature and is acting normal. It just looks awful ☹️
