Caffeine?

I guess I never thought about my Crystal Light Sweet Tea having caffeine in it....it's all I drink!!!! I have not had a drop if coffee since I found out I'm pregnant, but now I'm worried that was all for nothing!!!!  Anyone know if Crystal Light Sweet Tea contains caffeine and how much?

I just looked it up - couldn’t find how much caffeine is in the sweet tea flavor specifically, but Crystal Light Iced Tea has 11.25mg of caffeine per cup. So you’d have to drink 17 cups to get to 200mg. I think you’ll be fine!!
