Not sure what to do

I knew my in again off again fiancé for 3 years before he joined the military. I moved cross country for his first duty station and we got engaged. I left my career to follow his and work in a different industry before going back to what I really love. We got engaged right before but he was not committing to a date or timing and broke it off last August. We’ve gone back and forth getting back together until most recently when I was out of town for business and he has stopped all communication with me. I was feeling like giving up until I saw his parents this last weekend while visiting his hometown when his mom told me he loves me and not to give up but then I called only to figure out my cell number is blocked. Told him mom and she was shocked. At this point I feel like I’m not sure what to do. I love him but feel like he is playing games and I’ve built a life in this place because i really wanted it to work but now I wonder what to do to have real closure with all of this. Any advice is sincerely appreciated!
