How do you turn down alcohol without telling someone you are pregnant.

I just got a positive result this week and want to keep the news to just my husband and myself for a few more weeks but I’m worried about our family and friends guessing I’m pregnant when I say no to alcohol (I usually never turn down a glass of wine!) Does anyone have any tips for good excuses?
