10-25 mg of b6 3 times a day and 25 mg unisom before bed is what the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology recommends. To do that you have to cut up the pills

I took 1 of each my first night and was drugged silly until the next afternoon. Worked great, though. Did half a tab of unisom for a while, was doing fine, started taking a bit more after my toddler bounced of my belly on Wednesday (never hurt or anything, just made me puky again).
