Throwing up at 39 weeks! Update

I'm on my way to the hospital right now. Soon as I hung up with the doctor, I threw up so much it came out of my nose. I've been having contractions, fever, headaches and diarrhea all day. I pray that this early signs of labor. I don't want to get sent home. 😔😔😔

Update:

I went in last night and was having contractions. It was confirmed that I was in early labor. They checked my cervix and it was high/closed. So, I'm back at home and feeling the same symptoms. Fingers crossed. 😁🤞🏾
