What are the signs /symptoms in a male? Can it make them sterile? Does it have an affect on their sexual performance(quick to cum)? Does it cause any defects in the penis(twisted, bent, crooked, excess skin around the head)? Can it cause the penis to shrink?

We believe my husband has that. He has two penis holes. Either that or they botched his circumcision. He doesn’t pee or cum out of the regular hole, it all comes out of the other.

It’s basically that the opening on the penis is not in the correct spot. Can be minor or a major difference. Can need surgery too and would think it can cause some issues later on in life

It’s where the urethra (pee hole) is lower than it should be. A mild one can be at the bottom of the head on the penis instead on the middle (like my son when he was born), a severe could be the urethra is at the bottom of the penis shaft near the balls. It can take a few surgeries to fix it on,y took one for my son, they won’t do surgery I’ll baby is 9months old, it shouldn’t mess with fertility if it gets fixed.
