I have twin girls that are almost three weeks old. One of my daughters has had a really really bad diaper rash for over a week. I took her to the doctor twice last week. Our dr said to try these three creams I found over the counter and it helped at first but then it got worse. I switched to pampers pure diapers and pure wipes as well. Was just using regular pampers. Went to another dr who prescribed another cream to use. Used one night so far haven’t seen a difference. First dr said to air dry and fan dry as much as possible. Second said to soak her bottom in warm water then air dry. She still has her cord thing so I can’t let her soak in water but I just hold her in it and she likes it. Anything else I can do to help? It’s so bad it has blistered and she screams so bad when getting changed 😩
