Has anyone had issues with breastfeeding after having had their nipples pierced?

Answer

I had no problems nursing. I had my nipples pierced for almost a year and they never healed right, so I took them out and let them close up. I’ve got scar tissue and it still didn’t effect my ability to nurse.
