Hubby’s SA revealed zero sperm. We are heartbroken. We have our first fertility appointment this week and are seeing a reproductive urologist at the end of September. We are wondering if he may have Klinefelter syndrome. We have been doing endless research on zero sperm and are praying that isn’t it, but he does have a lot of the characteristics. Not sure what the chances of conceiving would be if he did have this syndrome though. Any advice?
