Having a shy boyfriend

Okay ladies I have a issue. I’ve been dating this guy for almost two months and I’m absolutely in love. I think he’s an actual angel because he’s so sweet, but he’s super innocent. I am not. I was even his first kiss and he’s older than me! Anyway, I want to start taking things a little further. Although I don’t think he wants to. I’ve been sending him hints, but he ignores them or doesn’t know how to respond. It’s kind of frustrating to be honest. I don’t want to over step any boundaries or make him uncomfortable. Does anyone have any advice?
