Delivering 18 week fetus

sierra • Mother of a 10year old(rainbow), and a 5 year old (rainbow), and an angel baby girl❤ (lost my pot of gold, furthest loss for me), Rainbow babygirl due in May.

Does anyone know what I can expect about delivering my 18 week fetus? Is it going to be like a full term labor? Still waiting on the hospital to call me in since they are packed this weekend. It's a weird feeling knowing baby girl is dead inside of me.
