Afraid my wife wants to leave me.

So my wife of 15 years told me this week she isn't happy with our marriage. She isn't sure she wants to stay together. I am obviously not a woman but came here for advice. Does marriage counseling work? I love her and dont want to lose her. Lost, hurt, and dont know what to do.
