Switching from breastfeeding to formula

I’ve been struggling with this decision for a couple of days now because it’s not at all what I want to do; however, pumping exclusively 9-10 times a day is taking a serious mental toll on me and I can’t anymore. My baby is 1 week and 3 days old. I’m just asking for advice about switching from breastfeeding to formula. To clarify, she doesn’t feed off of me so she is already used to taking a bottle. I just want to know how to transition her and how to transition my body from pumping.
