Curious

Okay so 7/20/18 I have my son via c-section and got the IUD put in ..a couple weeks after (after my 2 week checkup) my stings started to come out I kinda freaked but then it fixed itself and didn't have a problem so like 2days ago now they started to come out pretty far to the point to where it was bothering me and I couldn't fix it well last night it was coming out so far I just took out my IUD, and it came out with no problem I'm slightly bleeding but not much ...because of this I'm expecting to get my period soon , I go to the dr on Tuesday and hopefully will get another one but has this happened to anyone else? They said it might come out when they did it just because I got it put in rite after they took the baby out but I'm still iffy, should I get another one? What were your issues with the IUD? Have u gotten pregnant on it? Do u recommend a different birth control?
