My periods are bad

I started my period at the age of 10 I am 27 now.. They put me on the birth control pill I ended up stop takin it I never remembered to take it ... After that my periods got bad I throw up nonstop for the 2days and cramps all the way to my legs .... I tried the depo shot 2years ago which stopped my period completely I got off for 3months and ended up pregnant ... lost the baby at 20weeks they don’t know why maybe stress ... I got back on depo shot and only took one shot in April and decided to get off ... my period is still bad now I want to try and conceive I can’t take this pain anymore . I need advice doctors say it’s normal I never got diagnosed for endometriosis
