Best constipation remedy?! 😭

I’m 8 weeks 4 days and so uncomfortable!

Prune juice. I don’t love it- but I love not being constipated. 🤣 I generally drink a lot of water, eat veggies, exercise daily- and nothing helped until prunes and prune juice. I add a squirt of lemon sometimes to liven it up. Best of luck dear heart!

Apple juice works for me and sometimes I take colace (stool softer). Constipation is the only thing I’ve really had a problem with during my pregnancy lol it’s the worst bc it’s so uncomfortable! Good luck

I take a daily probiotic. If it’s bad, I take miralax daily as well otherwise I take it two or three times a week.

Prune juice 100% works I been constipated all week and yesterday I had prune juice 2 glasses and wow did the job lool 🤦🏽‍♀️😂 without too much TMI

I went and got smoothies from Jamba Juice.

Take a probiotic. And drink lemon water. It helped so much for me.
