Potty Training Help Needed‼️‼️‼️

Hello all you mommies, and daddies!! I need some serious help with how to potty train my child. She is 2 years old, 2 & 1/2 actually, and I have been putting off the potty training for quite awhile now telling myself “oh she’s just not ready yet” honestly I think I am the one that’s not ready. I have no clue where to even begin. I have her in pull up diapers atm, and I have been putting her on the potty in the morning, at lunchtime, and at night before bed. She hasn’t gone yet, and she still does not know how to tell me when she has to pee or poop, she just goes. Now I know I need to put her on the potty more frequently but do I need to put her in underwear instead of pull-up diaper pants? I am afraid of all the messes I will have to be cleaning up, but I honestly have no clue what to do. Any advice?? I need to come up with a plan or a schedule, but I need some tips and advice!! Thank you!!
