Miscarriage?

So this app says I’m 6w6d with the first day of my last period July 15. I have been spotting the last two weeks just about everyday. Not much blood at all only a little pink when I wipe expect one night there was some blood when I wiped and a little clot. Could that have been a miscarriage? Mild cramping but I can’t tell if it’s from gas, not being able to poop or having a miscarriage. I was less nauseous for a few days not as tired and I read that when your symptoms go away you could have had a miscarriage but now some of them are back. Not nauseous all the time but sometimes, headache, tender nipples and bloating . Still getting a positive pregnancy test but I also read that it could take up to 2 weeks after miscarriage for negative test result. Going to the doctor on Tuesday but what do y’all think? Did this happen to anyone?
