Drugstore: Wet n wild photo focus or Physicians formula beautiful skin 
Mid Range: It cosmetics CC Cream
High End: Nars Sheer Glow / NARS Natural Radiant

I use tarte Amazonian clay foundation. It’s matte but doesn’t really effect dry skin. I’m combination as well and it works a dream for me
