Is giving my bf a third chance a good idea?

I caught him sexting with his ex 3 months ago and I gave a second chance 3 days ago I caught him sexting again, and it just hurts so much and he is begging me not to leave him and that he is gonna delete all of his social media and that is not gonna talk to nobody but idk
