Every time my baby’s dad comes to visit he forces sex . Last time he grabbed my arms despite the fact that I told him no and tried to push him off severs times. After that I just went with it the next time because I didn’t want to feel like something was being taken . But tonight I consented but he just used me for sex and left . I know I’m stupid but now I’m really hurt . What can I do? I don’t want to have sex with him anymore but I don’t want him to force it either 😔. Since we have a baby who is 6 months when should I let him see him and where? I don’t want to feel this horrible again

Girl if he’s forcing you to have sex you don’t want to have that’s rape and you can absolutely call the police and report it as such. And if I were you I wouldn’t want him around your child. I’d get a restraining order and get as far away from that guy as possible and do everything in your power to keep someone like that away from your child

Forced sex is RAPE no matter who it is, if you’ve had a relationship in the past, present or no relationship at all. You need to report it, get an order of protection and then you need to go to court to get a plan in place about if and when he can see the child and how that exchange will happen (away from your home and possibly at the police precinct) if they don’t arrest him and send him to jail for rape and then if the court gives him visitation.

Nooo don’t just threaten to call the police. He will get even more violent. Call the police. I wouldn’t have a rapist to touch my baby with a ten foot pole let alone leave my baby with him!

First threaten to turn him in for rape if he does it again.  Second only visit in public or have someone there with you. I get that you had some kind of relationship with him at some point. But thats over. And you have every right to say no. Dont feel like you owe him anything. No empty threats. If he makes you unconfortable after youve warned him of the new boundaries you call the cops immediately.
