Newborn congestion?

My 2wk old has really bad congestion. He sounds like it is really hard for him to nurse and breathe... Any advice on what i can do to help him? I already have a suction bulb

My daughter has had a stuffy nose for the last few days. I have been putting drops of saline into her nose and then using the bulb suction to remove whatever is up there. We do it every diaper change during the day. Be prepared though, they scream bloody murder, but seems to help. We also use a cool mist humidifier at night.

Baby vicks can also help them breath better. Just put them in the bathroom w thr hot water running it creates steam that helps alot. Mine use to get bad congestion too. It sucks. Hope ur LO feels better.

You could put a little bit of Vick’s vapor rub on their feet then cover their feet with socks. Also use the saline drops.

A humidifier was my best friend for both of my winter babies.

Humidifier or run the shower for some steam and sit in the bathroom...just don't let baby overheat. Hold baby upright not laying down so it can drain.
