Change of pregnancy?

My boyfriend and I aren't really trying. We just see what will happen and what our destiny brings us (my idea). I tested my ovulation a few times before the 24th of August but nothing so far. Then I had a few days where I couldn't test and thought I might missed the ovulation so I just stopped testing (also because I didn't had any more ovulation tests).

Last Wednesday I had major cramps in the morning on the right side of my belly. It could be either appendicitis but you would have pain while letting go after you pressed it in on the spot. So that was not it. Or I was ovulating. After a few hours the pain was gone.

The next day, Thursday, my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex. He said that I already had my ovulation so this was okay but now someone I know said that there still could be a change of now getting pregnant.

What do you guys think? It's now day 4 after and I feel little tingling cramps but not painful.
