Should I go to urgent care?

I have history of early and severe preeclampsia but it I didn't start developing it until 25 weeks with my son.

Anyway yesterday I started to get a Small amount of swelling in my toes and fingers and by bed time I had gotten a bit of a headache. I went to bed thinking it would be better by morning but it was not. I woke up this morning with a worse headache and pain in my chest. I'm really hoping that maybe I am getting sick but should I go to urgent care just to get my blood pressure checked out and make sure there is no protein in my urine?
