Home Remedies for Period Cramps?
Last night I had cramps so bad that it woke me up from my sleep. Thank goodness I only cramp the first day of my period but they are so severe I feel like it puts all the other four days of cramps into one. It was so bad I almost threw up. I usually just pop a couple Advil and keep it pushing. Does anyone have any alternate methods for relieving period pain? Preferably ones that don’t contain taking drugs. Thanks guys :))))
