How many ultrasounds do you get in your first trimester?

Do you get two ultrasounds? One to make sure the baby is there and then another to hear the heart beat? Im currently 4w5d and I have an apt at 7w6d... at the very end of this month! But I’m wondering if I can go in and get an early ultrasound to see the sac? I want to go in early to make sure everything is ok. But I also want to be able to hear the heartbeat and I know I can’t hear it at 5 weeks. Has anyone gotten two ultrasounds during their first trimester?
