Can i get pregnant any other day but my fertile/ovulatiion week?

This may be equally confusing. If you're relying on the app for what your fertile week is, it can be wrong so yes you can get pregnant outside of that week if it's wrong on here. Now for the second part of this. Obviously you have to ovulate to get pregnant so if you aren't ovulating, you wont get pregnant. Now for the third part. Sperm can survive in the right conditions for 3 to 5 days. So if you have sex 3 to 5 days before you ovulate, you could get pregnant.

You cannot. But you need to know when you fertile window really is. 
For example, according to the this app I already ovulated but I know I haven’t yet. I track my temperature and my LH with OPK and I know I haven’t ovulated. So if you are trying to avoid a pregnancy you need to make sure you really know when you are ovulating and avoid sex

The simple answer is no. You have to have an egg there for a sperm to fertilize. If you are not ovulating you cannot get pregnant. The problem is that it can be difficult to tell exactly when you're ovulating and also that before your body drops an egg your body's environment changes so that sperm can live 5 days in your body waiting for the egg to drop so you can have sex before you drop an egg and still get pregnant. Some months you can ovulate earlier or later than you regularly ovulate and there's a chance to double ovulate (rare but happens.)
