Best place to raise a multi racial black family?

My husband and i have been married a few years and he’s actually a Honduran immigrant from the bay islands, so he is a very dark skinned black man. We want to start our family and right now we live in rural Missouri which is not exactly the best place to raise a black family. I just want him and our future multiracial children to have the most tolerant and accepting home here. Can anyone else tell me where they think is the best place to raise their multiracial family??
