Crazy worried

So we found out last month we’re pregnant with our rainbow🌈 ♥️ I’m about 6 weeks along and was talking to a friend and she asked if I had any signs of morning sickness yet, I said no, she said that means my HCG levels are lower as morning sickness signals high HCG levels😕 I wouldn’t be bothered but with our last pregnancy I had no signs of morning sickness and lost our baby at 9 weeks... I’ve had a look on google and that confirms what my friend said in that no morning sickness could be a sign of lower HCG levels😕

Is it worth bringing up to my midwife on Thursday or am I being silly?
