spotting pink for 3 days????

Question

I'm very nervous right now. Saturday the first I started spotting pink discharge and it has continued to today. I've spotted before but it always stops. this time it's not stopping I am freaking out. should I go to the er???????

update: went to the er and they did an ultrasound and saw baby wiggling around with a heart beat of 176 PM. not sure why I'm spotting though. I'm just glad my little peanut is ok.

I would just to be safe. I started spotting around 5 weeks and was told it was okay because I wasn’t cramping. After days of spotting I went to the ER and was told I may be having a miscarriage. 
If you have any spotting brown or pink with or without cramping I would ALWAYS get it checked out
