Workout post Miscarriage

Hi ladies. For those who miscarried, how do you workout now. I love yoga and spin class, and would love to continue doing them, but I’m afraid. Yoga I’m ok with but it’s the spin class I worry about bc I miscarried while I was doing spin and now I’m paranoid. I also did circuit training with running but I stopped that bc I think that’s too intense. I hate that everything makes me so paranoid. So afraid to make the wrong move.
