I’m 7 days late on my period an need some explanation

I went to the hospital Thursday to have blood taken to see if I was pregnant they told me I wasn’t and I still haven’t started my period I’ve been reading up on things about it an not sure what to do I taken five pregnancy test at home an all came out positive but the second line was faint so not sure but they did tell me I wasn’t pregnant I’m confused not sure what to think or do I miscarriage back in may with my daughter I was 20 weeks pregnant an lost her I don’t want to get excited for nothing. Can someone help me ?
