Hi guys soo recently my boyfriend has been going through a lot and said he was going off everything he wouldn’t text anybody apart from family also said he was very unhappy and wanted to plan himself out and I felt a bit somehow about it because I thought he would at least want to talk to me about it he said he won’t be back till October and I don’t know how I feel about this

Should I give him some space to plan this out or should I just ignore him when he comes back in October I really don’t know what to do
