wedding makeup

okay ladies. so i am doing my cousins makeup for her wedding and we don’t want to spend to to much on it all but i need a good primer that will fill pores and be matte and a good foundation that wi be matte and last all day. and keep in mind my cousin sweats a lot. and is there any tips ? thanks xx
