Doctors note
Long story short... having really bad work and family problems and finding it very hard to leave my bed/ house and keep breaking down in tears :/ feel like such a bad Mum and letting my unborn child down :( I’m going to the doctors if I get a sick note and time off will it affect my maternity pay?
