Help please! I’ve coslept with my daughter since birth & for the first 14/15 months it was just perfect; we all slept mostly through the night, just the occasional one breastfeed around 2am. For the last 4 or 5 months she has increased her feedingto every hour. I am exhausted & so sore!! Reluctantly I think our cosleeping journey might be coming to an end unless anyone has had the same experience & someone managed to stop this night time feeding?? All tips & advice gratefully received, plus from those who have successfully (& painlessly) managed the transition from co to own bed x
