Morning sickness and tea

Lucy

I’ve tried to eat crackers in bed before standing up in the morning, eating smaller portions of bland foods more frequently rather than having 3 big meals. I’m also trying to drink more and regularly but I still feel nauseous, all day long. I haven’t been sick yet and I can still do stuff during the day but I have this queasy feeling in my guts all day. I’ve lost my appetite and the thought of food makes me nauseous too. I’ve noticed this morning that drinking tea felt “nice” and I was thinking maybe I should make a large pot of tea in the morning and drink it regularly. Maybe it’s just the hot water that felt nice.

I know that tea contains caffeine though so what tea should I use if any ?

Also, any tricks that actually work for nausea ?
