How long were ypu guys on depo shot and did you end up pregnant? If yes how long did it take

Answer

I was on Depo for 6 months. I got a shot in June of 2017 and then September of 2017. I was due for another shot in December 2017. I lost my period in July of 2017 and it didn’t come back til January. I have pcos and was told it’d take 6-10 months for me to be able to get pregnant even just taking 2 of the shots. I got my period for a few days in January and then a normal period in February. I found out I was pregnant on March 15th 2018. Whenever I tell anybody that I got pregnant 2 months off of Depo, I get “ARE YOU SERIOUS?! HOW?!” And I really don’t know lol the doctors couldn’t figure it out either. But it was like when I got off of it, it jumpstarted my body and I ovulated normally. I’d been ntnp for a couple years with my previous SO and I wasn’t ovulating at all (as far as we could tell). I still have no idea how it worked out.
