Went to ER yesterday

I’m 6 wks 3 days have been having weird pains n my left side off in on so went to er to get checked out. I’ve had 2 cyst on the ovary and holy cow they ain’t no joke so I wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything going on. 3.5 hrs later. Many many blood tests, cultures, and ultrasound later everything came back normal. Heard babies heartbeat. Saw gestational sac with fetal pole which made my heart melt. Cervix is closed. I was lucky I had a tech that’s been doing it 20yrs. He was amazing. This is our 🌈 so I’m over the moon all is going great. After Mc n March and one last year in February. I’ve been eating way more healthy idk if that makes difference but I hope so.
