Is there any hope my LO will latch after 8 weeks. She breastfed for the first 5 days after birth but she wouldn't take my right breast so I had to pump and give it to her in a bottle from that side and eventually a couple days later she stopped taking my breast completely. And I had to use a shield because my nipple was kinda inverted. I try everyday or every other day and about 3 weeks ago she took both without a shield for about 15 minutes each side but that's it. It's been almost 2 weeks since she has even latched and that was only 5 minutes. I try now with and without the shield and she just starts shaking her head from side to side and starts fussing. So I stop. Anyone have success after 8 weeks. I still pump and she only receives breastmilk, i just want to be able to feed her😭
