Please drop opinions. I keep having light pink spotting around cd 20-22 and ovulation confirmed. This is two cycles in a row. Bad ovulation cramps. Then one week later light pink spotting only when I wipe. Thinking af still one week away and it comes early. But light. Been off birth control nine months.

Any insight greatly help. Thanks
